Question

If you have prescribed pain pills that say you shouldn't drive due to how drowsiness and you were supposed to have the day off work, so you take the pill for the pain and then work calls and says eithe ryou come into work tonight or you are fired.

Assuming you have a doctor's note about the pain pills, they can't do that correct?
And two, if you do come in and something happens there or at work, doesn't that make them liable?
