Bush approved a re-writing of the rules governing security clearance. A part was removed that prevented a person's security clearance from being removed due to sexual orientation. Now if they are gay, they can't see classified stuff. But giving out national secuirty secrets in a campaign against a dissenter is still A-Ok!
