Carole Keeton Strayhorn, an independant canidate for Texas governer (and Bush Press Secratry Scott Mclellan's mother) is suing Secretary of State Roger Williams because of Williams's plan to indiviually verify all 45,540 signatures on her petition to enter the race.
She says rather than using stastical sampling to verify signatures will give her the other people running an advantage of two months to campaign.
