And I agree with Josh. Bush has a lot of bad qualities, but by far the worst is his inability to actually change his mind. Anytime it seems like he is changing his mind it is either because he is only pretending to change his mind or because he is acting like he is and he is going to do whatever he wants anyway. A good president should be able to make decisions and to CHANGE them if they aren't working correctly. See: Tax cuts, Iraq War, etc etc
