Story about the woman who died from the Wii Radio contest.

The fact she died from it is a huge tragedy and the radio station DESERVES to be sued over it. I hope that all of the participants sue and get money out of it. And whoever gave their stamp of approval to the contest needs to be sued to.
But.
The Lawyer is saying the Nintendo 'might' be named in the lawsuit.

I don't know what world he lives in, where he thinks that Nintendo is somehow responsible for her death. Because I can tell you, the contest was not an official Nintendo contest. And I am sure that Nintendo's Lawyers will be sending a nice letter to Mr. Dreyer explaining how it would be mistaken in adding them to the lawsuit.
