Well not quite.
This will never pass. At all. No other member of congress can be that stupid. Which leads me into conspiracy territory time, I think Lieberman is issuing it as a way to distract people from the actual debate in Iraq and to give the Great Old Men of Washington an excuse to pull out the ol "Taxocrat" name.
Of course that means they would have to forget that Lieberman ISN'T a democrat. He lost the primary, and they wouldn't do something like that, would they?
