Attorney-gate: Act X-XII: Sturm und Drang

In this installment Our Brave Attorney General mounts his defense by having a press conference and declaring he accepts responsibility, but in a show of true testicular fortitude declares it isn't his fault, because he didn't know. .

Bring to mind either he is a lair or an idiot, no matter which he is, he should be removed from office.

John boils it down to what matters.

Oh man, that was fascinating. The man isn't just trying to keep his job, he's trying to avoid going to jail.

During the press conference, Our Brave General blamed his chief of staff for everything that happened. A chief of staff who resigned last night, but still remains on the payroll. The Chief of Staff resigned over some e-mails and memo that might be called incriminating.

The best line:
[I]f we don’t ever exercise it then what’s the point of having it?
He is talking about the patriot act power that allows them to replace the US. And in one line explains why the government should never be given a power unless you are okay with them using the powers.

Meanwhile the chorus of voices calling for the removal of our brave hero grows and grows.

Also more and more information comes out about Our Favorite Turdblossom and his role in the affair.

Finally, someone points out why all this is a very bad thing and CREW calls for a special prosecutor to sort out all of this mess.
