Only a matter of time.

John talks about how Bush won't rule out pardoning Libby.

It's a done deal, Libby is getting pardoned. Hell, I'd be surprised if he doesn't get a medal. No one, no one, no one is ever held responsible for anything in this administration, and if George Bush has to put the final nail in the coffin of his political legacy by pardoning Libby, trust me, he will. It's a tale of lawlessness.

I thought it was understood that no matter what, as long as Bush or Cheney was in power, Libby would be pardoned. The only real question was when he would be pardoned. Would Bush have the balls and stupidity to do it now or will he be smart and do it in the last few hours of his presidency?
