Minimun Wage Round-up.

During my mini-break I missed the whole brouhaha of the Republicans trying to get rid of minimum wage.

What amuses the most about this whole thing is that republicans actually voted to get rid of the minimum wage. 80% of the country supports RAISING it.
I will be interesting to see if any democrats are smart enough to bring this up during the elections.
The republicans will probably play the 'trust of the free market' card, which won't work because trust of the free market is no where near how high it was during the 90s. The Free Market is screwing many people every way it can. For every CEO that wishes he could get out of paying minimum wage, there are 1000 people being screwed out of overtime by Wal-Mart.
